American International University Bangladesh (AIUB) requires qualify and competent faculty members for the.


 Faculty of Business Administration:
(Quantitative Analysis, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Management and HRM, Int.
Bus.)


Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences:
(English, Sociology, Advertising, and Mass Communication and Media Art)
Faculty of Engineering: (EEE, Architecture and Civil)
Faculty of Science and IT: (CS, CSE, CIS, CSSE, SE, Mathematics and Physics)


Professor:
PhD/DBA or an equivalent degree in relevant discipline from reputed foreign university with a minimum 12 years of professional/ corporate experience of which at least 7 years must be in active teaching in the post of Assistant professor and above (of which at least 2 years must be in the post of Associate professor) and minimum 10 publications in standard and reputed academic journals. Applicants must have first classes/divisions in all examination.


Associate Professor:
PhD/DBA /MBA or an equivalent degree in relevant discipline from reputed foreign university with a minimum 7 years of professional/ corporate experience of which at least 4 years must be in active teaching in the post of Assistant professor and above (of which at least 2 years must be in the post of Associate professor) and minimum 10 publications in standard and reputed academic journals. Applicants must have first classes/divisions in all examination.


Assistant Professor:
PhD/DBA /MBA or an equivalent degree in relevant discipline from reputed foreign university with a minimum 3 years of professional/ corporate experience of which at least 4 years must be in active teaching in the post of Assistant professor and above (of which at least 2 years must be in the post of Associate professor) and minimum 3 publications in standard and reputed academic journals. Applicants must have first classes/divisions in all examination.


Lecturer:
MBA/Masters with Bachelor/Honors in relevant discipline with strong academic background having minimum CGPA 3.75 in a scale of 4.00. Applicants must have first classes/divisions in all examinations.


Some of the requirements may be relaxed for candidates with greater experience. Excellent remuneration package commensurate with experience will be on offer for the deserving candidates together with good career prospects.
